Good day MyBb. I ordered some automotive part from an online store in Germany. They do not ship to SA so I used my Aramex global shopper location in Germany. All went well until customs stopped my parcel for inspection. Then I was informed that the parcel was undervalued according to the invoice I supplied.
I'm looking at a penalty, taxes and duties now. My question is who undervalued the parcel since the online store indicated they included the invoice with the parcel when shipped local in Germany.
I'm being told (by Aramex) that this happens regularly that a parcel gets undervalued.
