I have a few tips about a telephonic interview not technical though..

Make sure that you don't use a cellphone, there is nothing worse that being on a cell call that keeps losing signal.
Ensure that the room you in is quite and people know not to bother you until you come out, also make sure the room doesn't have an echo.
Do some research about the Company, so if they ask you "why do you want to work here", you don't have the answer "because it looks like a good opportunity" put some "meat" into it.
Make sure you know who you know exactly who is going to be on the call, HR, Technical etc. it will help to do a bit of prep.

a vacation job paying R36k pm?

Make sure its not a scam.

ArcelorMittal is s HUGE company, dont think they will get involved in scams.

Im not saying Mittal is running a scam. Im saying someone can pose as them, and run a scam using their name.

As Whiteraven said, if they ask you to pay any fees upfront, walk away.

Good tips from WhiteRaven. As WR said, do you know who's going to be on the call? HR? Hiring Manager? Both?

Ah ok. If it's just HR, the questions will be very much around your interest in the position, your ability to fulfill the needs, a culture fit - a look at your personality, interpersonal skills, team work ability, etc., your interest in the company and how you see yourself fitting in and adding value. HR will also ask you the typical set of questions such as - describe a time where you successfully led a team; describe a time where you failed at something - what did you learn from this; tell us about a time where you had to convince your team to change their approach - how did you do this and what was the outcome, etc.

Good luck, have fun.
