I need some advise on Architect drawing software. What is the best software to use for a beginner. I know about software like AutoCAD and TurboCAD; etc.

But what will be the best to learn with and understand - so what is the easiest program for a beginner ?

Depends what you are intending to do. if you want to work somewhere else you need AutoCAD, it is the defacto professional standard. as for any other cad programs i wouldnt know. I only used AutoDesk products.

Google Sketchup is a great place to start out. Autocad is for the pros.

autocad is the indusrty standard

try google sketchup for quick 3d models

also tell us what u want to use it for

it could be for himself, for his own use - just to mess around with at home?
or he wants to learn to get in the industry or something like that

Autodesk Revit is the most popular industry standard but very complex and expensive. ArchiCad is also very popular in industry but we have found Sketchup Pro is becoming much more popular and has been adopted by many large architectural firms. Sketchup is however more suited for vidualization models and not plan drawings. Also exporting from Sketchup to stl for 3D printing is sometimes a huge problem as normals are inverted and gaps are left in surfaces.
