Are Galaxy Gpu's any good?

As the title says, is this brand of gpu any good?

I'm looking at getting a Galaxy gtx560 ti for R2300, however i've never heard of this brand so i am naturally a bit apprehensive. The duel detachable fans look real neat and the card doesn't look so bad.

Getting this card will save me quite a bit, but should i rather budget for an EVGA 560 ti (free performance boost)?
 
There are no bad gpu brands. Pretty much stock standard for everyone with a nice sticker. You get a few that makes different coolers and so on.

Look for warranty that is about the only thing that separates them and perhaps a decent cooler. Awesome price for it as well.
 
The store, bisser computers, offers a 1 year and i believe company offers a 2 year*

I'd just oc the card to match a higher priced card. the cooler does provide 10c less than the reference cooler...
