Are TelkomInternet subscribers still not being capped?

Haven't been here for a while, whats the latest status on Telkom not capping their own ISP subscribers, is that still on?

it looks like most are being capped around the 20-25GB mark, but they were downloading 75GB+ in the past few months, perhaps a connection perhaps not.

was lots of bandwidth to share last month as businesses ended early - that's supposedly why they got further last month than this one.
