I just came back from Q-Photo's Prolab, and I feel nauseous.
Some of the blame should probably fall onto me, as I was actually foolish enough to think that I could find a hint of professional service.
My request is plain and simple:
As I'm a sketch artist by night, I have a few people that want copies of my sketches. So, last year, I had the Prolab make a HD Copy of one of my sketches... and it was amazing. The copy (cost an arm and a leg) was better than the original (Mostly because it was printed on mat photo paper). And the service was professional when handling the sketches.
This time around was a horrible experience. And fear of my sketches being ruined, due to the way they were handled, literally made me feel sick.
But to the point: Is there a place somewhere in JHB or PTA that can actually do a simple HD scan of 3 sketches without leaving the customer nauseous?
(I only want them scanned, so that I can make enlarged prints later on)
