Found the ADSL stats on my router, are these noise levels acceptable?

Uhm, yes. Your SNR margins are fine.
You don't want them dipping below 12 in my opinion. But beware, they can drop when the exchange gets congested (and this usually happens at night). So, I'd keep my speed at 6mb if I were you so as to avoid them dropping any lower.

You should ask them to put your sync profile to 10mb - you will handle it fine...

Exchange can only handle 6.8mb

You mean 7Mb..?
If so you can still switch up - it is quite unusual that a max speed of 7Mb is enforced (they usually do 6 or 8Mb).

Your stats are perfect, I get the same stats and I'm stably synced at 10mbs.
