I've had them parked on the Rigel offramp every morning for months now. Yesterday one of the idiots were in the middle of the offramp pulling cars off as they went on to the hi-way .
I shouted at him about how fscking dumb it is to stand right in the way of cars that are accellerating to join main traffic.
