I want get a general picture if im an isolated case ...

You're an isolated headcase, that's for sure! Go for it, report away! Although I don't think there's a moderator left on this forum that will take anything you say seriously.

Back to the point, I havent said anything degrading or negative about iburst in this thread .
I simply want to know whether you are happy with iburst , yes or no.

Anyways, Its no harm if this is used in a constructive manner and iBurst can take a look in where they can improve.

For me its mostly, yes.

Great speeds and stable connection for me. Latency always been very good for online gaming.
I still think they can improve alot more in some areas i.e. Billing and support/helpdesk.

Gcebile and Ronald have been a great help though since Shaun Green left.

I remember Shaun Green had a thread here last year were we would put down suggestions to iBurst, we should start that up again and sticky it.

Generally yes.

Good: Speed, reliability.
Bad: Hate the fact that I got shafted with the 64kbs, and more and more some websites just not working, but I'm being assisted there.

This is the SA customer support and assistance we are all used to they have had seriously good latency for gaming recently IMHO. But in general they should try and up their game.......
