It would be fascinating (both from a nutritional and financial point of view) if one of the posters here would post a list of the meals they had over the course of a week.

What is MRP ?
 
Monday:

Breakfast: Muesli with greek yoghurt, splash of milk and honey
Lunch: 2 x Pastrami sandwiches on rye with tomato, lettuce, horseradish, pickled onion and basil
Dinner: Pan-fried hake fillets with carrot risotto and green-bean, sesame and balsamic salad

Tuesday:

Breakfast: Muesli with greek yoghurt, splash of milk, honey and blueberries
Lunch: Toasted cumin chicken wrap with picco de gallo, lettuce and coriander
Dinner: Gonna be roasted pork neck with ****ake mushroom and red pepper rice
 
Monday to Friday
5:00 - Pronutro
9:30 - mini cheddars, kit kat, yoghurt, salami and cheese sandwhich
12:30 - another salami and cheese sandwhich
18:00 - ready made lasagne from woolies or thai curry or prawn curry takeaways or chicken pasta or Debonairs supa pizza or burgers....
19:00 woolies tin roof ice cream
 
Monday:

Breakfast: I woke up late due to only going to bed at like 4am so for me : Packet of Cheasnaks and a redbull.
Lunch: 1 X Cheese burger and 1 X Prime steak garage pie with 500ml coke.
Dinner: KFC, Streetwise 2 with a extra piece and a 1,5l coke.

Tuesday:

Breakfast: White bread with marmite and cheese.
Lunch: KFC twister supersize meal. Also grabbed 2 X double cheeseburgers from McDonalds to tide me over until 13:00.
Dinner: No idea, I'll probably just watch a movie and munch a party bag of Niknaks that I started on early last week somewhere. Nothing like soggy niknaks. Wash that down with enough coke/beer and I should be laughing.
