I have more than once been asked how to hack. So, I offer one of my Cubans and say "smoke it till you hack" but people don't find that amusing. I tell most that hacking someone's facebook, for example, is more a feat of social engineering than super duper compuper skills.

Cracked gets me though. Are you the Friend Who Knows Computers Real Good?

You should take in consideration how stupid the majority of internet users are

For example the other day told me that there gmail was hacked so ummm how did it happen ?

Well someone sent me a email from "gmail" and asked me for my password so I gave it to them, this goes for online banking etc as well

Hacking is actually very easy its cracking where some technique is involved anyone with sql skills can hack

I'm a software developer, and what cracks me up most is when those know-it-all's
(whom now "knows" PC's cause they saw a CPU once)
tell me how their friend got a virus on their Nokia/Samsung/Sony/blackberry/Motorolla whatever,
via Bluetooth/Ir/Wifi form some other guy's infected Nokia/Samsung/Sony/Blackberry/Motorolla whatever

May your teeth rot out if you ever passed on a story like that you ignorant ____.

Oh and a few weeks back my wife phones, complaining that they are not able to copy some photos form the PC to a Flash Drive
(I have showed her how to do it many a time in the past)

So I tell them to highlight the ones they want by clicking them whilst keeping ctrl pressed and then right-click and copy
They say they aren't able to do it but they'll continue trying and phone me back...

A few minutes later they phone me back, they are not in windows explorer but in Internet Explorer(which they did not realize before)
