Area IDs

Is it possible to get a list of South African Area IDs from somewhere? MTN?

For Example:

Woodmead = 10426 (I think)

Have a 6680 and the OpLogo displayed depends on the Network ID, Area ID etc... If I got the differant Area IDs that I moved around in I could surely make an operator logo for each of these areas and display the corresponding OpLogo!

The "Area id" is the CellID of the tower, the last digit usually being the cell sector ( there are usually 3 for each tower ).

The operator logo is more than likely based on the NetId rather than the CellID. The NetID for Vodacom is 65501, for MTN 65510, CellC 65507, this will not change as you move from one location to another.

Not sure about a list but you can add channel 900 under the CB setup and it will display what tower you are on.
