I say scrap the super 14/15/whaever's. It's dribble anyway, most of the players in the "provincial" team do not hail from that province anyway. Lame lame lame.

Insofar as the round-robin too-many-games problem is concerned, 2 matches on a Saturday instead of one match solves that problem nicely.

He will still. In fact they may want him to stay longer so they have an inside feed into SA rugby ;)

The sharks would really like him to stay longer so they have a real flyhalf :p

I just want to see the final logistics of the tri-nations with Arg. in it.

More rugby, bigger squads, getting out of hand a bit. But a treat for the spectators.

i think the bigger the tourneys the better, because that way the provincial teams will maybe be forced to produce at minimum 2 exceptional players for each position in the squad, so that when player 1 gets called into the national squad or is injured in the super tourney, player 2 takes his place in the provincial team.

this will also give more opportunities for other players to show their talent as i feel there's so much more out there than what we're currently seeing. imagine having four scrummies of the calibre of Du Preez in SA :D
