Army deployed to Eskom power stations

But Eskom, your were warned about this years ago, you know logic in general tells me if you keep on failing your common sense must tell you=Red Alarm Bells, ....you fighting an internal battle of some sort, like an engine running with sand in the oil, but you keep on washing the car and polish it.
-The worst sabotage is the abstract type, that happens over time, so at 1st its difficult to detect, difficult to prove, however given time, it starts to show clear Symptoms, thats when it becomes easier, but thats when ignorance could set in, and if its in the upper qwaters nobody may know for a long time.........In the end=There was Motive.

The army isn't really the right move, soldiers train to fight armed combatants so they aren't really equipped to identify thieves who look the same as the honest workers, the soldier wouldn't know the difference between high grade coal being swapped for low grade coal. A combination of tough in-house security backing up site managers/operators who knows who belongs and is supposed to be doing what and where, with close police support to do the actual arresting, is needed.

Army deployed to Eskom power stations

Eskom says four power stations are getting attention from the SANDF.
LOL .......... During apartheid

MK wins their revolution, and becomes government ..............
South African National Defence Force members will be deployed at some Eskom power stations.
According to reports from News24, the reason for the deployment is to protect the power stations from theft of critical equipment and infrastructure.

Theft and sabotage have cost Eskom billions of rands in damages and losses at a time when the utility – and the country – can ill-afford it.

Okee dokee .............

That's why they will beat both persons to make sure.

This is clearly a political tactic from government to try and win back lost confidence in the ANC. Merely party politics at play for people to see that either of the two "minstrels" of ANC had now done something to protect Eskom power stations from further sabotage. Yawn!
Exactly. This is what people wanted to see on day 1 of the new whitey 27th inline CEO's new job. Instead, he had radio blackout from the president, minister 1 and minister 2.

Suddenly now that he is doing the human and honourable thing and showing some self respect and backbone for a change and is showing proper courage with this decision of throwing in the towel, suddenly there is political will. If I was him, I would have called for the Army on day 1 of his new job on live tv.

I feel the ANC is about to learn a very hard lesson that it doesn't matter how much "political will" you suddenly present, if it's badly timed as in it goes against actual laws of physics (should have listened to the late 90's advice that more power stations need to be built before 2007), nothing will save you, and I feel that the "party before country" ANC hasn't had this lesson before.

Boy are they in for a proper crash course in a lesson of country is more important than party IMHO.

IMHO, this is when the ANC stops being a "liberation" party and the clever people out number the stupid dumb shits that keep voting for the same madness, just like all the others throughout Africa's history. Always the "liberation movement party's" fall apart after 30 years because they don't have a f'ing clue how to run an actual country, they only know how to cause **** and jump up and down and break things.

Eventually, the public has enough of the BS, the stupid voters stay away, and the faithful patriots start outnumbering the dumbshits.

One can only hope.

Have they arrived yet or are they still being herded in and loaded up...

That chubby one will be monitoring any theft and sabotage in the kitchens. Copious "samples" will be "tested" by her.

A forklift has been ordered to load her into the truck when she returns to base.

Why now? Oh wait, maybe that lady finally managed to get into the back of that truck?
