arp with adsl

Hi

I was configured my New ZTE modem with static.
I can use Internet but I did not get DSLAM ip from arp table when use arp command.I got modem IP only.
so I use old huawei modem.I got both DSLAM IP and modem IP
I can`t login huawei modem.My ISP was changed default password.
How do you think?I think routing. right?
If routing Please give me instruction for route.
my pc address
IP = 10.241.215.163
mask=255.255.255.240
gateway=10.241.215.161


Modem address
LAN Ip is 10.241.215.161
mask address 255.255.255.240

WAN IP is 10.240.13.138
mask address 255.255.255.0

DSLAM = Gateway address
10.240.13.1

You will not be able to get the arp address of the DSLAM since it is in a different collision domain. But if your Internet access is working then what are you trying to do?

I thin the one modem might be in routing mode and the other one in bridge mode.

Do you use the windows PPP dailer on one of the modems?

Why?

If the router is in routing mode then it won't work because router's break up broadcast domains.

How do you get the arp with the one router? via the windows arp command?
