Arrow keys in MS Excel

Not sure where's this behavior coming from All of a sudden i can't move from cell to cell when pressing arrow keys. The whole page/sheet moves rather, without a change of cell. Did i set this somewhere unintentionally?

I got stuck with that for about an hour the other night. Thought it was my PC packing up. Doh!!!

That hasa got to be the only reason scroll lock was invented...... to irritate Excel users.
