What do you expect with a 30% pass rate. Even the consultants who are hired for millions of Rands to do the jobs of the incompetent fat cats are in the same league.

Jan taught them to be money grubbing incompetents
 
No big surprise , this government are a bunch of incompetents and fools .
There are some shining lights among them like the protector Madonsela but then the fools want to get rid of her because she shows the rest of the fools up by being efficient and doing her job properly .
 
Since Jan there was water in the pipes and power in the wires. Some power stations were even mothballed. Since the ANC and Zumi in particular all the services deteriorated with next to nothing working anymore except the money grabbing mechanisms..
