Damn 20 *REPORTED murders, chances are over 40+ murders happened....sigh. What are police doing?[nothing] You need a community leader and intervention to talk to the community.

Yet they have so many executions:

So they catch and kill some of the people who committed those 23 murders. They don't execute you for parking tickets or holding up the bottle store...
