I wonder if they have crime statistics for the effected areas before and after the system was put in place.

I'm going to quote a very irate lady commenting on a article about police shooting two armed robbers.
And when I pointed out the incongruity of her statement, she compared my intellect to that of a brainless slug.
As always, this is not even remotely true.

And yes, they send out weekly crime statistics via email, for a few years now. So there should be enough data for comparison. Crime has come down a lot, but it would be difficult to say why or say what caused the downward spiral.
