So the cops seem to have done nothing to actually STOP the person, instead they just drive behind him with their sirens and lights on.

And then if they sphoot him you will com,plain about the cops

Nope... This oke was a danger and needed to be put down in my opinion.

If they fired 40 rounds at this guy and didnt manage to stop him then that is an even worse indictment on the cops in my opinion
