They are just telling us what they think whether it is founded on reality, I remain very sceptical.

Heard on 5FM this morning some dude talking about how SA's slipping behind the rest of Africa & how the ANC has failed to put in place any mechanisms for growth and prosperity. How terribly sad that a supposedly liberation movement does worse than the evil government they replaced, all that years of struggle only to be worse off in the end.

It's precisely because they're a liberation movement. Liberation movements don't know how to govern. I'm not aware of one anywhere in the world that has successfully transitioned itself into an effective and efficient government. The only hope that countries governed by so-called liberation movements have is that their reign come to an end quickly and that people who actually know how to govern come into power, without all the political debt and the chip-on-the-shoulder mentality.

Unfortunately, businesses in other countries do not share your view per se. I wish they did, this is going to hurt the economy.
