Ok, I'm missing something here...
From that article, SA Authorities didn't foil sweet fsck all....
The attack was planned for 2010, but they only found the materials relating to this "attack" in 2011 when they arrested Jermaine Grant...
The fact that it didn't happen was due to them not getting money, and someone (article doesn't state who) arrested this apparent financier, but there is no indication that his arrest was in any way related to a terror attack on South African soil.
