SA was failing in its international obligations to report on torture and other ill treatment in police cells and prisons, the Community Law Centre said on Monday.

This would imply that there is proof of torture in SA police stations.

This has likely never stopped.. but who cares... most of them deserve to be moered... but then again that's not enough reason ... pity
