I think people should also be made aware that they can register even outside of the registration weekends.
I have spoken to a lot of people who think that one can only register during these set weekends.

Convenience of the registration weekends is perfect for me.

Yeah that's what these voter registration weekends are all about; convenience. Having said that, the general public also need to be made aware that these weekends are not the only time that one can register. The IEC should publicise this a little more.
