I often do household/yard arts & crafts projects. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a place in Pretoria—or an online store—that often has good deals on supplies (e.g. oil paints, colored pencils, mosaic tiles and grout, wood, etc.).

Things seem really expensive if you buy them from PNA.

Herbert Evens or something like that normally has a really huge sale in August or September i think. It is normally worth saving and waiting for it, everything in the store is discounted and by quite a lot. People drive in from all over for the sale.

For Mosaic supplies and lovely ceramic inserts, the Clay Club in Meyerspark.
Mosaic Arts in Silvertondale for the most go geous mosaic tiles and blanks
Oh and also at the Karoo Cafe on Lynnwood Road, there is a pottery studio that sells an enormous array of bisqueware
