I spend at least 4 hours on a day grooming it. Also half our Branding Team's time is spent on photoshopping pics of my hair to ensure that every day is a good hair day ;-)

Yip, I do that often! I'm a bit obsessed about it. In fact you have inspired me to get a quick call in as soon as I have finished typing this answer.

Edit: Phoned and was 3rd in line and held for 1min and 12 seconds. Not bad. Spoke to Sandeep. He's a great guy and did well. (If you ever phone in and somehow end up talking to him, he's just had a baby (well his wife has) and his table tennis skills need a bit of work. Just in case you want to chat ;-))
