Does anyone know what software it is behind the scenes?
Alternativly, does anyone know any other AI bot that could used on a site and 'taught' processes or questions?
Use Case : A number of similar questions questions are being asked about processes and procedures to do a specific task . Although these are written in a manual, having an Ask Discovery type service may be the better way of getting these questions
