Seems Thabo is clearly not able to grasp, or doesnt give a darn about the seriousness of this little warrant for Selebi and how it directly implicates him in potentially interfering with the law.

When pressed for an answer the journo's were told to leave!

Yes man in chief Pahad also could not control his anger at the outrageous question by these mere mortals of society.
At that stage several officials where loudly asking the media to leave the room, and Minister in the Presidency Essop Pahad half-rose out of his chair declaring the journalist to be out of order.

"You are out of order, stop it, you are out of order," Pahad said.

Naughty public, naughty.

All we need now is a cigar and a slutty inturn :D

I walked into a garage shop this evening and picked up two newspapers, each with a frontpage story on selebi/mbeki. I asked the 8 or so South Africans standing in line whether they thought selebi was corrupt, and whether he should be investigated or not. 8/8 people nodded, murmured a yes, smiled or laughed in agreement with me. So I followed this up by throwing out the words "Dictator Mbeki".... again, a similiar response appearing to be in agreement with my comments.

To be clear, I then asked the group "well, so you agree selebi is corrupt and it's 'dictator mbeki' then?"

More wide smiles and a friendly, almost unanimous "no comment".

//Welcome to South Africa, kingdom of Chief Mbeki.

Mbeki is getting deeper and deeper in the **** and thanks to all his government members. How does he sleep at night with all this crap happening around him and it's getting worst.

Maybe he's been told by those behind the throne to make Zuma (or someone else) seem like a respectable candidate.
