In the beginning of the year I ported from C-Cell to Vodacom...the best move....call quality way superior.....does not sound that my calls are routed through and xchange located on Twee-Buffels-Met-Een-Skoot-Geskiet-Fontein.

The grip I have is with the support service that Vodacom is offering for guys that have done MNP, or could this be a general support prob?

I deactivated my diverts and needed to reactivate them. What should have taken me less then 5min to do, turned into a 48hr Operation Lets Fix it.

There is no info on any of the Vodacom website pertaining to diverts setup for a MNP sub. Tried doing it via Vodacom4me...sorry service page not available at this moment......Call the help line..... took less then 2 min for someone to pick up.... took 10 min of my life- as the person could not solve my query. And I am sorry that Mambo Number 5 on hold music just got to me...:mad:

Tried V4me again....and could activate it from there, service page was up and running.:rolleyes:

In conclusion, put the info out there...... so I and many can find it and use it.....and not have to go through OPS Lets Fix IT:cool:
