ASP.NET component suites - calling all M$ developers

I'm busy scouring the web for asp.net component suites and was wondering whether any of you have come across or use any good ones.

I have quite a few requirements. The suite should include:
- A calendar, grid and tree component at minimum
- AJAX support
- VS 2003 and Delphi 2005/9 IDE integration
- Cross-browser support would be very nice
- Current support for or a clear roadmap to .NET 2.0
- Good docs and/or community surrounding the product

I've come across two candidates to date:
- telerik
- NetAdvantage

Both look promising but it is a pity that they sell "per developer" licenses (which seem to be the norm as far as I can tell). It could make it a costly exercise for a medium to large development team.

Someone else in our team is already looking at devexpress. I did come across xceed but their target market seems to be desktop application components.

For asp.net projects we have started using Rad.Controls from

and winforms projects we have started using Janus control from
http://www.janusys.com/controls/
