The WebAfrica standard package (1 MSSQL, 2 gig disk space) looks like it can do the job, but it's very light on details, e.g. the version of .NET, whether they support MVC 3, EF, etc. I emailed their sales department but got a very vague answer.
Anyone using MVC 3 on WA? Any other recommended local options?
