Helo, I am a 4th year Bpharmacy student,does anyone know how much pharmacy interns earn (on average)? I have this whole idea of getting a car during my internship period and I wonder if I'd even afford one

Oh you could probably squash it in. The real question is...should you? People tend to spend right up to the max and thats what screws them over. Living well below your means is what buys you breathing space & a stress free life.

Depends where you're from and where you're gonna do your internship.

If you live at home with your parents I'd say you could easily get a car, your intake should be 15k+

Pace yourself dude.
Pharmacy is not as lucrative as it was 10 years ago before the single exit pricing and fixed markups.
Also with the likes of dischem, competition in retail is stiff.
Just don't become a wannabe doctor and you'll be fine. These days pharmacists are resorting to fraudulent methods like dispensing without scripts etc to make extra money and it's not worth it bru, u will get caught.

As a grad intern I made $38 an hour, so yes you could afford a new car but I would hold off until you get out of school if you can.
