Well thing i am wondering about how good is assasin spec rogues never seen one they are as rare as moonkin druids ?

They're plenty, but mainly for PvP, Mutilate is an instant attack with both weapons at once. meaning a crit could be 3K per weapon x 2 = 6K crit

I have seen Assassination spec rogue tear Warriors to shreds

The latest Patch buffed Mutilate quite a lot so you might see a few more Mutilate Spec Rogues around.
It's bit of an iffy spec though because it's heavily reliant on Poisons so if you're fighting Poison Immune mobs your DPS is going to blow chunks.
For us latency is also an issue because u have to be behind your target to use Mutilate.
