Assassin's Creed and ubisoft

In the last month or two the new assassin's creed 3 came out. It is a awesome game but you have to bee online to play it or to still have saved data/ So the designers of assassions creed, ubisoft created a software pack to be instaled on your computer so that you stay conected to the internet. This application is called uPlay. When a Google security tech installed the application he found a rootkit(gives anyone access to your computer). Ubisoft have fixed it. How do you feel about the rootkit?
