assistance needed please

I just tried to use the camera on my Note and it freezes and then I get a message that comes up

Sorry!
The application camrea ( process com.second.android.app.camera) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again

I have downloaded other camera apps and it gives the same message

Could It be that the camera on the note is broken?

It did have a fall a day ago.

Please advise, can it get taken someone to be fixed quicker than by Vodacom?

Uhh... try reboot phone and do an update under Settings--->About Phone--->Software Update---> Update

If that fails then try factory reset (Backup your stuff to a PC just incase)

Then and only then if it doesn't work, ask vodacom.

Hi I updated software and still didn't work, just wiped and restored factory setting and all is working again
