Assistance with Corrupt .mp4 file

Made a movie using my Nokia 5800, while cutting the file out of the memory card onto my pc, something went wrong. I could view the clip, while it was transferring.....but now, any player that i use gives a corrupt error msg. The file is about 250mb big...used all the recommendations I could find via Google....no help./////. Could someone assist.///// if you out there.

This would probably get more airtime on the Software forum (unless you're trying to write a program to fix it)
