Thanks. And Frank was in the wrong, there is no excuse to lose your temper to the extent that you assualt someone.

I can not however say that I do not sometimes think about punching some people myself

He lied so that he might exploit someone, fk him. It goes without saying that the law is wrong in situations like these.

That he is now trying to make out that he has been wronged and that he didn't deserve it, only makes him that much more deserving of it.

It's people like him that make not giving money to anyone asking for money, a rational position. He disincentivizes communitarianism, and sows discord between the classes.. He's taking the charity from society that should be reserved for those who need it. What a pathetic creature, that guilt trips people with lies.

I asked Frank about this and after the first time the police questioned him I am sure they would have ahd a still from the video if there was one.

Only thing that bugs me is how the beggar got all his details, like work nr, etc... are the police allowed to hand out that stuff randomly?

Frank stays in a small town and if someone was to ask around for someone that looks like frank and that drives the make of car he does I am sure you can get a name. I doubt the police gave that to the beggar as the car that Frank was driving is not registered in his name.

Think I will suggest that Frank goes to a legal advisor and hear what the legal advisor says.
I also think he should plead guilty and then offer to settle for R400.

I did and think Frank should get some in the rear for this. Frank deserves a criminal record for drunk driving instead. NOT minor.
