My current ISP (Telkom Internet softcap) is unusable during non-nightsurfer time. Cannot browse or open e-mail attachments. Just lots and lots of time-outs.
Simply switching to any on of my three 1GB free accounts from other ISPs instantly solves the problem.
Without any trace routes or line-tool diagnostics etc.....is it safe to assume the problem lies with the ISP only?
