Asterisk is magic !

Training would be nice, but there is so much info on the web that any pc literate person would not really need training in order to utilise it.

Yes getting the info and support in 5-days instead of 5-months is fantastic , and the majority of the stuff on the web doesn't work in south-africa. The automation training which forms part the the course is a HUGE plus !
