ASTRUM - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES

i purchased a tablet from Astrum in December 2013, because of the affordability I purchased two, now I know that this tablet is not an iPad etc so the features will not be like the more expensive tablets but that didn't matter as I just wanted to use it for games and emails. Because it was December 2013 I didn't use the tablet, the first week of January I decided to dedicated a day to play with the tablet only to find out that it freezes then switches off, then it refuse to switch off and froze at the start up screen. I went to Astrum and the customer services was so disappointing and to be honest disgraceful because the Manager of the branch Patel and the owner of the branch Amit was the one that was rude.
the staff at astrum tried to assist and was very helpful, but it came down to me dealing directly with the big bosses in the company because they refuse to refund my money and insisted in fixing the damaged tablets (both) so I sent it in. no feedback from then unless I call...they replaced one tablet after a great fight, time wasted, airtime used, but I still haven't got the second one as yet and it is June 2014....for a CEO Amit Pansari & Patel (Right hand man) to speak to his customers so rudely :mad:
