No it will not. Well not for a while.

Microsoft is focusing on Qualcomm cpu's for now, and there is no news on when Tegra will be supported. Some suppliers like ASUS have already complaind about the "exclusive" club forming around the 1st ARM based tablets.

Another issue I see, showing its ugly head is the fact that Windows 8 for ARM will only support Metro based applications and not any of the normal desktop ones but its early days so all we can do is speculate.

Best is to watch http://blogs.msdn.com/b/b8/default.aspx?PageIndex=1 for updates as they "build" the new OS.

Oh forgot to add, yes its the Transformer Eee pad and only people rolling in cash should buy that now.

The Prime has just been released and kicks all current tablets in the butt, even iPad.

Watch the following clips before you buy your next tablet:

http://youtu.be/R1qKdBX4-jc Quad Core Demo tech on a Prime

Pre orders are up for the USA http://asustablets.us/

That's until the iPad3 comes out though.

What are you requiring mobility or the touch screen display? Dell make quite a nice notebook which has a fliparound screen.
