touchscreen locally is too expensive, cheaper to import it from linITX...well last time i checked.

Also looking to do the mod, but trying to find a damaged eeePC 701 to buy as a start

Why damaged and what are you prepared to pay for it?

i think there was an article regarding this mod in a PC Format in 2009. I will have look over the weekend if that will help you.

Edit: Did have a quick scan, but could not find the article. Will look again over the weekend.
