Hi guys

I am looking around for a better motherboard at the moment what do you think about this one.. I was looking on Take2 and this one seems not to bad plus it seems to support Quad Core..

Asus Intel P5N-E SLi Motherboard - Socket 775

ASUS P5N-E SLi , Quad-SLi ready , two-slot thermal fanless design , 8 Phase Power design - for intel Lga775 Quad-core/ Core2/ Core2-Extreme/ p4/ P-D / Pentium EXtreme cpu ; nVidia nForce650i SLi ( support FirstPacket ) , 1333/1066/800/533 fsb , 4x dual channel ddr2 800 ( upto 3.425v ) , 5 x s-ata2 with raid 0/1/0+1/5 ( 4 x internal + 1 x external ) , 2 x parallel ata133 , on-board ALC883 5.1 audio with coaxial S/Pdif out + gigabit lan + ieee1394a + NV firewall ; 2x pci , 1 x pci-e(1x) , 2 x pci-e (16x) ( 8x+8x )

I got the following CPU:
Intel Pentium D 945 3.4 GHz CPU
Bus Speed 800 MHz
Cache Memory L2 Advanced Transfer Cache - 4 MB ( 2 x 2 MB )

Features Enhanced SpeedStep technology, streaming SIMD extensions 2, streaming SIMD extensions 3, Intel Extended Memory 64 Technology, Execute Disable Bit capability

my current motherboard sucks a bit and I am thinking of upgrading the board to this one and then in a couple of months look at a better CPU... Quad Core if the prices came down enough :D:D:D or at least a much better Core2Duo CPU
