Hello.

So I bought this item: https://www.asus.com/za/2-in-1-PCs/ASUS-Transformer-Mini-T102HA/

From Takealot which copies the details from that website.

The ZA site and every review and every document mentions that the tablet comes with a pen.

But (the reason for the rant, which is obvious), Asus has deemed South Africa not worthy of getting the pen.

It does not come with the unit and you can not buy it separately(in this country).

The reason for the anger is that Asus's response is: "please check the Manual as it is mentioned there that the Pen is optional." .... "Please also note that it is specificied on the bottom of the ASUS website: "All specifications are subject to change without notice. Please check with your supplier for exact offers. Products may not be available in all markets."

First of all I must buy the product and check the manual first if my unit comes with a pen?

Second, they have regional websites that talk about the tablet and the pen but a clause in the bottom stating "dont read the above, it may be bull****"

So, my question is. Does anyone know where I can get a good active stylus?

This is why I do not buy ASUS products anymore. Bought a graphics card for my media PC on which every place I looked including all the ASUS websites state that it comes with a low profile bracket which it did not. ASUS told me to get stuffed.

They are very underhanded. Rank them in the same pool as Corex and takealot.com.

There support response is terrible when questioned. So will do my utmost to make sure people know how little they actually care.
