Asus RT-AC1200G wireless router

Hi guys

Does anyone have any experience or perhaps own a ASUS RT-AC1200G Wireless router that can assist me?

Setup and all that will not be issue but I would like to know the range of the wireless signal on this router.

Scenario as follow: Router will be located in the back room or kitchen of the house which is at the back of the house, but will still give good signal throughout the house.

About 30 meters from house is garages and a office, only a car port in between house and garages.

My question is would the signal from this router be strong enough to still connect in the office about 30 meters away. It will only be one laptop and a cellphone that would need to connect to wifi from the office?

One thing a great many people fail to consider when asking things like this,is does your mobile/laptop actually have the hardware to be able to talk back to Wireless router X
It's fine and well you have a 20 antenna MIMO router,and then try to use its wireless with your Android 1 device from 1990

Honestly, I am unable to say if hardware is capable. Picks up decent wireless signal at about 20 meters in my house, Asus dsl N14U router.

Laptop will also be replaced in very near future
