Asus sued over Transformer Prime tablet name

What next. With "a temporary injunction to prevent sales" it sounds like Apple has a hand in here.
 
I dont know how people can get confused by this. Not ever have I thought that the asus transformer prime is the same as hasbro's products, I mean its not even the same type of product. What is it with companies that want to copyright common names and colors?
 
Wouldn't the copyright be for Optimus Prime?.. Transformer and prime is two standard dictionary words. Next thing you know, Hasbro will probably be sueing electronic companies for selling transformers and schools for using prime numbers in their teachings.
