Documentary filmmakers have unearthed hundreds of “E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial” cartridges, considered by some the worst video game ever made and blamed for contributing to the downfall of the video game industry in the 1980s.

This game was seriously crap,I remember my brother brought a copy home once and I was all excited...plugged it in and I was like what am I looking at? What are you supposed to do?Is it 2d or 3d or what aspect or camera angle am I supposed to be seeing here?

I turned it off and didn't ever bother trying it ever again.Chucked it in the bin eventually.

It was definitely the worst game I have ever inserted into any console or pc ever in my life! They should do the world a favour nuke those copies! :erm:
