ATEN CS1644 KVMP Switch wanted

Can anyone supply an ATEN CS1644 4-Port USB 2.0 DVI Dual View KVMP Switch?
I also need 3 x 2L-7D05UD (5m) cables for the CS1644, or at least the 3m ones.

I know Rectron used to have the ATEN agency but not sure if they still do.
