Manual says PSF-3 should be used, but Midas said ATF oil will be fine, is ATF fine for Getz ?

Power steering fluid and ATF is the same thing, ask them to show you the bottle, it will explicitly say "for automatic transmission and power steering".
Some will want to market it as different thing to maximize profits, I would say take extra care if it was a top end car but it's a Getz, it will work just fine.
