I've began to shop around for a program to get off my feet and drop some fat and get definition. From what I can tell there is a few people that says that Atlean-x is a very good system to work, e.g. Athlean x xero. However a few body building forumnites disagree... strongly.

Is it horse****?
Is it good?

Only other program I've done in the past was body for life...

Thanks :)

Cut sugar from your diet ... and you're half-way there.

Actually more than half-way.

Good call... if you are reckless or oblivious to the fact of sugars. Now I actually want an opinion on Athlean-x :o

I actually follow Jeff's YT channel religiously.

I love the fact that he incorporates science into his training.

I managed to "acquire" a copy of AX1 a while back, just for testing purposes.

I'll definitely buy Xero when I start working next year. Then I'll move on the others after that.

I will say that if you're going to buy it, get the program that has the videos included because the pics and written instructions aren't very helpful.

AX isn't for body building. I've also read those threads on BB.com where the guys didn't like Jeff's approach to fitness when I was doing research on AX.

It's all about what your goals are. If you wanna get absolutely huge, like a body builder would, then AX isn't for you.

If you just want to be lean and muscular, AX will help you achieve that.

I have found that the eating plans on AX are relatively easy to follow. The choices they give you are kinda limited though, but you'll soon learn to cook up your own meals using the foundation of AX.

like this, but does it also give you the blood stripes ???

If you eat healthy and properly you will never have to find a "good programme" or even step into a gym.

People need to accept that it is a lifestyle choice, not an infomercial 5 minutes a day to awesome abs.

Give it a bash and see how it goes?

What's the worst that could happen? - Nothing?

You are missing the point: healthy lifestyle = eat properly and exercise.

Worst I spent R900-R1000 on it and its crap, unless you want to sponsor me to find out :D
